Welcome smiley baby Noah!

There is nothing more fulfilling for a photographer that going back to clients to see how their life changed over the months. In this case, it was particularly special because it was the first time I met baby Noah after having a great experience taking maternity photos with his parents Elspeth and Miguel. These time at home, capturing every day life.  What a joy was to see smiley baby Noah playing with his parents, making sounds with his little drum, and even enjoying a little break in bed with mom and dad. I am glad the couple was comfortable enough to actually fall asleep with their baby while I was shooting. Parenting is the most amazing and exhausting experience!!  For many more to days like this...Congratulations Elspeth, Miguel and Noah!!

Countdown in Honeymoon Island

Honeymoon Island on a week day around this time of the year feels like a remote place, where hardly anyone can arrive. Its rocky shores, calm waters...it really feels like a lost island in the middle of the ocean...In this quiet setting Elspeth and Miguel felt really comfortable to have their pictures taken just few weeks before the arrival of baby Noah. I was very pleased to witness their excitement and capture some beautiful moments of their countdown.

Congratulations!

P.S: I love the song they chose for their slideshow. One of my favorites!

Baby Daniela

About three months ago I had the opportunity to take photos of the Trias Family as they were expecting the arrival of the fourth baby girl. About two weeks ago baby Daniela was born and I felt honor to continue documenting the life of this beautiful family with her newborn photos.

Welcome to the world baby Daniela!

Lara and Lucas, motherhood and its everyday beauty

"I am always taking pictures of my kids, that is why I am never on them"- said Lara when we first talked about this photo session.  A few days later, 90 minutes of picture taking  at her home became the solution.

During that time, Lara and Lucas had time to play, sing and cuddle, some of the core little moments of everyday early motherhood that most mothers never forget as time goes by. Now Lara have dozens of pictures to choose from .

Thanks Lara and Lucas for sharing this special time of your lives with me. I hope to be your family photographer for many years to come and continue building your family history in photos.
